Sat & Sun Training
I will keep this short and simple.
Saturday I trained back. This was composed of one arm rows, various grip pulldowns, rows, and shrugs. Nothing major but at the same time not a de-load.
Sunday was Chest and Shoulders. I started with flat dumbbell presses and worked up to 130x15. This was good for me. Then I moved onto an up-set with the shoulder saver bar and chains, elitefts™ grenade ball & chain flies, machine flies, per minor dips, side delt raise and rear delt raises. Once again nothing major but not a de-load.
Today (Monday) is a day off and the plan is to hit legs tomorrow.
This will be a short post because I am in the process of putting the final touches on my presentation for the Learn to Train Seminar Friday.
