BAND PULL A-PARTS * 3 sets to failure
I am currently 100% engaged in a project for work that has me in OCD mode. I spent the say working out of the weight room. This is my all time favorite place to work and concentrate on projects like this. Pictured below is my office on days like these. I guess you can call this a job perk. This is just ONE of the ways I keep all this madness in perspective and never forget what it's all about.
