Biceps - yep, that's what I did.

DUMBBELL CURLS
* 5 warm up sets
* 4 work sets
** If you care about weight I used 50 pounds for my work sets.

ROPE HAMMER CURLS
* 4 work sets of 12

FAT SHAFT AND BALLS CURLS
* 2 warm up sets
* 6 sets of 10-12
** These worked very well. So playing with my shaft and balls does feel good!

REVERSE CURLS
* 4 work sets of 12

LEG RAISES
* 3 sets of 25
