Shoulder Work
Warm up
Mobility work: Wall slide, push up plus, pec mobs, Quadruped extension, Thoracic stretches on roller
1 set of 10 reps each
Soft tissue work:
Lacrosse ball on delts, pecs, and upper back
20 seconds on each area
Indian clubs: 30 rotations each arm
Standing 1 arm D.B press
15’s for 8 25’s for 8 35’s for 8 45’s for 8 55’s for 8 65’s for 8 75’s for 8 85’s for 8 95’s for 8
D.B side raise
55’s for 8 60’s for 8 65’s for 8
DONE
I am moving my rear delt work to Saturdays so this was a short one. Not much to report here other then I worked my shoulders then went home.
