If you have been following my log you may have noticed I have been trying to increase my 225 bench for reps. I have absolutely no reason for doing this except...
well, like I said I have no reason.
It is getting better so that's a good thing (I think).
Now that I have said this I'm sure Vincent or one of the other guys will post up a video of them doing over 50 reps to remind me of just how bad I do suck.
BENCH PRESS * tons of warm up sets * 5 sets of 3 with 135 - dynamic reps * 2 sets of 3 with 185 - dynamic reps * Max set of 225
SEATED DIP MACHINE * 3 warm up sets * 4 sets 12 with 3 sec negative
FAT BIG BALL V-BAR PRESS DOWNS * 1 warm up set * 4 sets super setting handling the balls with grasping the steam. **** This is a Fat V Bar Handle with 4" Balls on each end. This will be on the cart soon. The product description for this one should be awesome
CROSS BODY DUMBBELL EXTENSIONS * 3 double sets
This was supposed to be an arm day but I got tied up with work and we are changing my training split to allow for better recovery. I was having a very hard time recovering from the last split that some changes need to be made to allow me to increase my volume is a more linear fashion.
