Standing band ab pulldowns 3x15
Seat SSB gm's 3x15
DE box squat 245 w/doubled mini bands 8x2

Holy cow my legs are sore. That little weight should not cause such soreness. All I can think is that I was firing off the box so hard my body was not used to it.
