Cardio, Abs, and Recovery

Cardio:

20 minutes at 3.5 speed.

HR wouldn’t budge over 101 but I wasn’t walking any faster.

Abs:

Standing Cable Abs

5 sets of 15

Mobility:

8 movements for 1 set of 10 each

Soft tissue:

Rumble roller on back
ELITEFTS roller on legs
Lacrosse ball on feet.

DONE

Short and sweet tonight. Cruising into my deload week. Body weight was 260 on the nose today. I start my descent down to the 242 class for December 2nd.
