This was an excellent training session. I really smashed my numbers. Floor press was awesome. Moved on to overhead rack lockouts. I pushed that last set. When I finished I went to stand up. Brian told me to stay seated. I fell right back on the seat instead of my face. If I went forward I would have gone down hard.
Karsten hit a pr on floor press. He's been kicking a$$. We have all been having awesome sessions lately. It's lots of fun.
