SSB squat 115/155/205/245/295/335/385/425x5
Side step ups w/10 lb dbls 3x15
Ghr w/swiss ball assist 3x8
Planks 3x40 seconds

Squats got better each set. Was slightly heavier than the time I hit it in the last mesocycle. That's my goal. Don't need to go crazy, just have to get better while staying healthy to bench.
