Another banner day
Due to my torn up shoulder and the fact that my biceps was re-injured yesterday when someone I was spotting dropped a 100kg squat into my hands unexpectedly I'm not going to train at all for a couple of weeks. This shitty training that I have been doing lately is just messing with my head. It's so bad that while I'm in the gym I don't know whether I want to, train harder, quit training, cry, kill someone or jump off a bridge. I'm going to just chill until I see my ortho and he looks at my shoulder next week. None of this horrible training I'm doing is getting me anywhere at all.
