Wed & Thurs
Wednesday:
Light Chest and Shoulders. Nothing impressive but I did try to see how many reps I could get with 225 on the bench. My excuse is I did this after flies and hex presses. Actually, either way this still sucks.
Thursday:
Arm Day - We are busting our asses trying to get the next LTT Seminar loaded so I don't have the time to post this one.
It was an arm day so how much difference does what I post really make?
I did have my bodyfat checked last weekend and came in at 9.5% at 266. The goal is to get leaner but take it much slower than before so I don't drop muscle.
I have been dieting - it's not really dieting to me anymore - it's more like just eating less and cutting out the crap. I have been doing this for 3-4 weeks now.
