Monday and a super hardcore inspiring photo

I had another successful back squat session today. I judge my squatting success by how much pain i'm in during it and today wasn't bad at all. It was just me and the kid training today, nobody else could make it so the pace was a little quicker, which I actually like. I hate taking too much time and making the session last two and half hours.

Back squat (in pounds):
135 + 120 in chains x 8
200 + 120 in chans x 6
245 + 120 in chains x 5
310 + 120 in chains x 5
355 + 120 in chains x 3
385 + 120 in chains x 3
245 + 120 in chains x 10
245 + 120 in chains x 12



Leg extensions:
3 light sets of 20 These have been really helping me lock my knee out better. So I do them more now as part of my ongoing rehab.

Reverse hypers: 3x12

45 degree back raise:
3x15 holding 50lb dumbbell

I saw this picture going around Facebook today. It's kind of funny what passes for hardcore in the Crossfit world sometimes. Medicine balls? Seriously?
