The holiday weekend is approaching and I have big plans . . . ok I lied, I am actually working more than I normally do, which is just about all the damn time. Iíve actually only had one weekend off this whole year so far and that was to go to the last Learn to Train Seminar at EFS. At least Iím trying to ďpass onĒ because I sure as shit ainít ďlivingĒ or ďlearningĒ. Oh well, itís the nature of the beast I guess when you own a small business. It sometimes consumes your life, especially when you are a complete psychotic like me. Iím really starting to perfect this self destructive personality trait that I have where no matter what the situation lies ahead of me I will conjure up the absolute worst case scenario of what could go wrong and start ranting and raving and pretty much need a team of people to subdue and soothe me. No lie, itís getting really bad. Also the slight ADD that I always had is now full blown to the point where I struggle throughout the day just to perform simple tasks.
Speaking of the Learn to Train Seminar, I heard word that there is one coming up in early October so be on the lookout for details and registration to open for that. Iím pretty sure Iím going to go and help out again. Maybe this trip is just what I need to break me out of my slump a little. If I donít fall asleep at the wheel on the way there and end up upside down in a ditch on the way there. See, I just thought of the worst case scenario already.
My training today was just some rehab type shoulder and biceps stuff due to my trashed shoulder and biceps.
Superset really light upright rows with rear delt raises: 5 sets 10/10
Really light dumbbell side raises: 4 x 15
Rear delt machine suppersetted with band pulls: 4 12/12
Light dumbbell curls: 5 sets of 15
Light reverse barbell curls: 5 sets of 15
