Squat / Pull Day with some shoulder work

Tonight was another mixed day. I needed to deload my lower lifts while hitting some delts. Iíll quit boring you with how tired I am from the new born and Ill blame this blended workout on work. I needed to work later today to run some staff meetings so I consolidated things yesterday. Itís not ideal but itís better than nothing. Iím hoping to bench heavy Thursday so I made my delt work short and sweet.

Squat

135 for 5 sets of 5
235 for 5
335 for 5

Sumo Deadlift

3 sets of 5 with 245

Good Mornings

3 sets of 10 with 135

Leg Exts

3 sets of 10

Side Raise/Front raise combo

1 side raise followed by 1 front raise and repeat 8 times.

Band pull aparts

3 sets of 30
