Sunday - Chest Day

SLIGHT INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS
* 4-5 warm up sets
* Progressively work up to heavy set of 8 with 130 pounds (did 15 reps)

SLIGHT INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
Still testing the shoulder saver pad. This is the 10th prototype and it is still not right. This one is becoming a pain in the ass but we do keep making small strides in the right direction

* 4-4 warm up sets
* worked up to 275 for 2 sets of 8

REVERSE BAND PRESS
* ? warm up sets
* used sets of 5 reps and worked as heavy as we could. Kept the weight jumps small so we got in 4-5 work sets of 5 reps

STRETCHER PUSH UPS
* 3 sets to failure

DUMBBELL SIDE RAISE - Swings
* 3 sets 20

Band Pull Aparts
* 3 sets to failure
