Saturday - Leg Day
LEG CURLS * 4 warm up sets of 10 * 3 work sets of 10 * 1 strip set 10/10/10 + partials
REVERSE BAND YOKE BAR SQUATS We have been testing a new style of SS Yoke bar for months so we got the next prototype in to test. While we are not there yet this is the best bar I have used to date.
* Today wasn't about weight, it was about short rest periods and speed. We worked up to 4 plates and a quarter per side and did 15 sets of 5 with <45 seconds rest.
LEG PRESS * 2 warm up sets * 6 sets 10 reps - back to back sets. This means when one guy is done the next one goes. There were only two of us.
LEG EXTENSIONS 2 sets 15
STANDING LEG CURL 3 sets 8
----> 28 total work sets
