Sunday - Lower body training

Upper and lower foam roll
Seat band gm's 3x15
SSB box squats 155/205/245/295x5 add belt 335/385x5 add knee sleeves 425x5
Step ups 3x15
RDL 135 3x10 slow tempo
Band ab pulldowns 3x25 slow tempo

Keeping my lower body work to a RPE of 8. I don't want to take the risk of grinding weight with my lower body. Too injury prone. I need to strengthen everything up before I start pushing it to 9's and 10's.
