Tueday stuff, with another photo of meeee!

I have been getting to the gym earlier and earlier every day so I can have time to actually sit in my private office, put some gentle music on, and get some work done. Itís getting too difficult for me to write programs and service my online clients while at the front desk computer now. Itís hard to think straight with people wanting to always talk to me and stuff. When you work the counter at the gym you are like a bartender and you get to hear everyoneís life story. Iím not complaining about it because itís my job but itís getting the point where I just canít really do anything creative while Iím up there. Not that what I do is very creative it still requires a certain level of concentration.

Pop Pop Bob and intern Mike, who both work for me, are leaving me for bigger and better things this week. So I already re-staffed and replaced them both with attractive young girls. I now I finally have that ALL female staff Iíve always longed for. My lifelong dream has finally been realized. Iím like Charlie on ĎCharlieís Angelsí now. By the way . . . be on the lookout the story of my arrest on the news soon with the headline: ďLocal Gym Owner Hit with 17 Sexual Harassment Suits all at OnceĒ. It will be accompanied by a photo of me with slap marks all over my face. Even though Iím replacing Mike and Bob with really hot chicks Iím going to miss those two dudes, they were good guys to have around and were always there for me.

Todays training:
Power Snatches: 15 light doubles to loosen myself up. Worked up to 80 Kgs. Nothing major
High-Bar Squats:
50kgs x 8
70 x 8
90 x 5
110 x 3
130 x 3
150 x 1
170 x 1
190 x 1 (419lbs) pictured left, this was kind of a test of my knee. Took it down into the hole and shot back up really easy. Iím pretty happy with it.
I stopped there with no down sets. Once my knees are used to the high bar squats I can add more volume and reps over time.

Light leg extensions: 4 x 15

GH raises with added band tension: 4x10

Standing Abs: 4 x 8
