Shoulder Work
Tonight I went in with a plan to hit my delts quick and with some volume. Im tired as hell and know that everything will feel heavy so I focused on pushing the length and pace of sets.
Standing 1 arm D.B press
20's for 12 25's for 12 30's for 12 35's for 12 40's for 12 45's for 12 50's for 12 55's for 12 60's for 12 65's for 12
We did these back to back with only as much rest for each pother to finish our sets. Not heavy but hard.
D.B Side raise drop set
25's for 10 20's for 15 15's for 20 20's for 25
Again not heavy but this was a 70 rep set that burned.
Inverted Body rows for the rear delts
3 sets if 12-15
DONE
In and out and back home for a nap.
