Tons of soft tissue work.......

So its been 6 nights since the arrival of Morgan and Im beat. MY body feels like hell. I have been taking 2-3 hour shifts with my wife every night this week. I have the baby from 9-1am then sleep 1-3am then I have the baby from 3-6am and sleep from 6-8am or so.

To combat the stiffness I spent about 30 minutes rolling and diggin at my self.

I hit the rumble roller, the ELITEFTS roller, theracain, lacrosse ball, and stick.
Mission accomplished as I feel better now then I did this morning.

Im taking off work tomorow. My brain is fried. I was cooking my 4 year old dinner and dumped noodles right into the sink thinking the strainer was in it. I didnt even get the strainer out of the cabinet LOL.
