Thurs, Friday training and E-book update
Thursday training
I started off with hang cleans: 50kgs x 5 70 x 5 90 x 5 100 x 3 115 x 3 125 x 1 135 x 1 145 x 3 wretched misses. I just totally sucked today 120 x 3 120 x 4 120 x 5
Standing presses: Still nursing my shoulder 135lbs x 4 x 8
Band pull-a-parts: 4x15
Rear delt dumbbell raise: 4 x 10
Friday Training:
Deadlifts: 135 x 2 x 10 225 x 6 315 x 5 405 x 3 495 x 1 585 x 10 x 1
Hyper deads: 195lbs x 4 x 8
Seated Hammer shrug machine 4x15
Well, the E-book that I wrote is finished and off to EFS. Be on the lookout for it to appear on the site for sale next week. I will also be getting some printed that I will be selling on my website and in the gym. The printed version can be autographed and put on the shelf next to your other literary classics like Moby Dick, The Grapes of Wrath and your Hustler collection.
