Tuesday - Lower/conditioning
Sled drag on grass, 30 yard trips 50 lbsx2, 85x2, 120x2, 155x2
I was showing Jess a dynamic warmup so she could do sprints. I had about 20 movements for her to choose from. Yeah, I almost passed out after 6. The sacifices I make as a trainer/husband.
The sled drag felt good. Adding plates was a good way to go. By the last two laps my legs were a little all over the place. I felt some muscles working that I don't normally feel. That's the goal
