Some light squatting and an old picture
I didnít do too much in the way of training today. I just wanted to get some light speed squatting in and do cardio.
Cardio: 30 mins on the eliptical
Squat with bend tension: worked up to 225lbs with bands and did 10 sets of 3. I tried to squat as fast as I could on every rep. My knees felt haggard today.
Stretched out a bit
Standing abs 4 sets
I was digging through some old photos last night for my upcoming E-book and found these pictures that we took of the first incarnation of Iron Sport Gym taken the week we opened in August 1995. Lots of good times in that little 1600 sq ft garage. It seems like three lifetimes ago when I think back about it.
