A quick shoulder workout in the basement. I wasnt feeling to hot today so I went with an expedited version.
Standing D.B Front raises all the way over head
15' for 20
45's for 2 sets of 8
Standing D.B Side Raises
15's for 20
45's for 2 sets of 10
Standing D.B Bent raises
15's for 20
45's for 2 sets of 12
In and out of the basement gym in less then 10 minutes. I have been in migraine mode all day. luckily this quick workout didnt make it worse. I still feel like crap though LOL. I need strong delts to keep my bench rolling and a head ache shouldnt slow anyone down.
