Monday training and new Iron Sport T-shirt is coming!
Todayís training was just more bullshit to work around this nagging shoulder. But itís showing improvement.
Low pulley position cable flyes: 6 light sets
Low incline dumbbell flyes: 6 light sets
Swiss bar flat bench:
135 x 12
185 x 12
225 x 12
275 x 3
295 x 1
315 x 1
225 + 80 in chains x 2 x 12
Rolling dumbbell extensions superset with triceps push-ups
Fat bar push-downs: 5 sets till failure
