Steam room
Cold shower

Spent a bunch of hours at the MGM Spa in CT. I really needed it after competing twice in two weeks. I see Heather there and I highly recommend her. The only reason I ever think I'd like to be rich is so that I could hire her as my personal masseuse. Although, she's kind of like a Sour Patch kid. She really beats me up and then she's nice to me.
