BENCH CLINIC ON 11/3
I'm not sure if there are even any spots open. I have been out of the loop from the hurricane. No power and no cell service from my house. However, I will make it this Saturday to the clinic. Click the link below to check it out.
The next bench clinic will be on November 3rd at Total Performance Sports in Everett, MA. We have been getting an excellent turnout for these sessions and the response has been great. First and foremost I will help you dial in your form whether it be raw or equipped. From there learn the tricks of the trade to add those missing lbs to your bench.
Remember, I have been involved with strength training for decades. I have competed as heavy as 328 lbs and as light as 210. I can answer questions ranging from programming to nutrition, recovery, etc.
As always, these clinics are limited to 10 attendees. These spots go fast, so don't hesitate. For further information or to sign up, please click the link below.

It will be nice to be somewhere with power,
