Cardio, Abs, and Recovery
Soft tissue work
Lacrosse ball: Feet and delts
Rumble roller: Entire back and glues
ELITEFTS roller: Legs
Stick: teardrops, inner thighs, hams and calves
Cardio:
Treadmill
3 minutes at 3.0 then 1 minute at 6.0 I repeated this 5 times followed by a two minute cool down
Abs
Ab Board / Leg raise giant set
20 sit ups followed by 15 leg raises. I repeated this 3 times with rest. Sit up machine
1 ascending set of 30 reps adding weight every 5 reps until I hit the stack.
Mobility and stretching:
10 sets of 10 movements for 8 reps
Then I stretched the entire body for 5 minutes
Done
I’m looking forward to benching on Thursday and getting back to some lifting. Nothing too crazy but more than nothing.
