Squat / Pull Day
Tonight was the first squat and pull day since the meet. This day always sucks. I usually do a very easy light workout and tonight was no different. I walked three days in a row leading up to today and shamefully my legs were tired. At least it happens every time back.
Squat
5 sets of 10 with 145
Deadlift
5 sets of 10 with 135
Step ups
3 sets of 8 with 100
GMs
3 sets of 8 with 100
DONE
As I said tonight was very light but still sucked. I haven’t done much rolling or mobility work since the meet and it showed tonight. I just felt stiff and tight all around. Im going to roll and do a good bit of mobility work tomorrow.
Thrusday will start the first workout of my next meet cycle.
