Shoulders and Cardio
Saturday: 30 minute walk on the treadmill.
Sunday: 40 minute walk with the wife around the neighborhood.
D.B Front raise all the way up.
10's for 8
25's for 8
35's for 8
45's for 8
55's for 8
D.B Side Raise
3 sets of 8 with 45's
1 Arm Standing Bent D.B raise
3 sets of 8 with the the 60's
30 minute walk around the track with the wife.
My shoulders were on fire today. I only took a week off and I felt Like I havent hit my delts in months. After each set I had to stretch or walk around and bitch and moan to just get to the next set. It didnt help that we only rested enough to wait our turn to go. Boh was dieng too so I didnt feel to bad about my self.
My wife is due for our second daughter in 2 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed that she comes early.
