Mon-Fri week of meet
Monday - My 43rd birthday, enjoyed the day and did not work
Tuesday - Did a blast strap circuit just to circulate the blood.
Wednesday - 3 sled sprints before I tweaked my groin. Come on, did you people not expect me to self destruct a few days before a meet.
Thursday and Friday nothing.
Even though I hardly trained I at a fair amount of carbs every evening. Figured a little extra fuel couldn't hurt for the meet.
