SEATED LEG CURLS
* many warm up sets, 3 work sets and then one set with force reps and partials.
YOKE BAR SQUATS WITH CHAINS
* many warm up and work sets. Worked up to 4 plates for 5 reps with 5 chain per side. After this did a strip set with 315 and 5 chain per side. Will post video later because I can't remember the rep per drop.
* 3 sets 20/25/30
** This SUCKED!
* 100 total reps
STANDING LEG CURL
* 2 sets 15
I have a bunch of video from today and will try to find some time today to get put it together. Words do not do this session justice. It was much harder than this text makes it seem.
