Back work with photo
I had another pretty good one today. The big four were in full force this time and we hit some back work.
Barbell rows: 135 x 10 185 x 10 225 x 8 315 x 8 355 x 5 385 x 5 400 x 3 315 x 8 315 x 8
As you can see in the photo the boys are pretty jazzed up about my supreme effort on the platform, especially Don who looks like he’s having the time of his life looking at my ass. From left to right, Don, Bob (partially obscured) and the other Steve.
Hyper deads: 135 x 6 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 5 350 x 3 (this set nearly exploded both my hamstrings) 245 x 6 245 x 6 245 x 6
Wide grip lat pulldowns: 4x15
Standing abs: 4 sets heavy
