Todays back training while less than one hour was brutal as hell.
* tons of warm up sets and 4 very hard work sets
PIN PULLS WITH CHAINS
* many of work up sets of 5 until I reached 495 with 8 chains per side. I did 9 or 10 reps. I will need to check the video to be sure. The pretty much wrecked the rest of my day.
MAG HANDLE PULL DOWNS
* 3 warm up sets
* 2 rest pause sets 12 reps... 6 reps... 3 reps.... 45 second stretch.
* One set of 100 reps
STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWNS WITH ROTATOR BAR
* 3 sets of 12
