Shoulders
SIDE DUMBBELL SWINGS * 3 warm up sets of 30 with 50 pounds * 3 sets 20 with 70 pounds
SIDE RAISE WITH GRENADES AND CHAINS * 3 sets to failure
MEDBALL MADNESS * we have 23 med balls lined up in all different weights. These are never in order. I do 5 reps of front raises with each ball and move down the line.
CAGE PRESS * 3 warm up sets of 5 reps * 3 work sets of 5 reps
TRISET
Seated Machine Press - 20 reps Seated Side Raise Machine - 20 reps Rear delt Machine - 20 reps
3 rotations.
