Leg Day

LEG CURLS
* 4 warm up sets of 8 reps
* 3 work sets of 8 reps


REVERSE BAND SQUAT
* Using reverse light band worked up using sets of 5 until I reached a weight I felt I would be able to hit for 10 reps with not much left in the tank.





LEG PRESS
* One up-set - Starting with 6pps for 4 reps added on plate with each jump for 4 additional reps until the last jump was extremely hard to do. This was 7 jumps for me or 28 total reps.

LEG EXTENSIONS
* 3 sets 20 reps

LUNGES
* 2 sets 10 reps
