Thursday and Friday training
I wasn’t even going to write down Thursdays training because my freaking shoulder is so jacked up that I couldn’t do much, and what I did do was done with searing pain.
Military presses:85Kg x 10 x 3
Rear delt machine: 4x15
Dumbbell side raises: 4x15
I was so disgusted that I just stopped there. I know my shoulder will be fine I just hate waiting for it to heal. I’m hoping Fridays deadlifts will pull it back into place.
Deadlifts: worked up to 545lbs x 10 x 1 All reps were fast and smooth
Hyper deads: 245lbs x5x5
Hammer seated shrug: 4x15
Standing abs: 4x8
30 mins cardio- elliptical (I hate freaking cardio, as seen in picture)
