Pre meet recovery work.
The meet is 3 days out now and I wanted to do something recovery wise. I had my eye on some contrast work and a hair of mobility work amd foam rolling. I spent some time in the hot tub at the YMCA and the shower room. I did 3 minutes of hot tub followed by 2 minutes of a freezing cold shower. I repeated this 4 times. After that I did 5 mobility drills and some foam rolling on my quads and hips.
Nothing but rest until the meet.
