Sore shoulder training.
My freaking shoulder is still tweaked from last weeks ill-fated bench session, I’m blaming the fact that it’s not healed yet on the fact that I couldn’t get any women to rub it for me! The ‘Girls Gone Strong’ are never around when you need them! So instead of doing any kind of actual prehab/rehab work on it or stretching it myself I just chose to be lame and hurt. It's amazing that a shoulder so thick and sexy can even get hurt in the first place. It just goes to show you that anything is possible.
Dumbbell benches: 65lbs x 5 x 20 (last five reps were held in a deep stretch at the bottom)
Cable Flyes: 6x15 (three sets with low pulley, three sets from high pulley)
Rolling dumbbell extensions: 4x failure
Overhead two handed triceps extensions: 3 x failure
Barbell curls: 8x8
Dumbbell hammer curls: 4xfailure
Standing abs: 4x8
It had a good pump on. I just walked around with my arms akimbo for a while glaring at people until it went away. I felt I owed that to myself.
