In honor of Matt Ladewski blacking out and smacking his dome after a deficit deadlift the other day, we decided to work up to a heavy single deficit dead with extra chain weight.

Deadlifts- 3” deficit – with 80lbs in chains
155 + 80 in chains x 2 x 8
220 + 80 in chains x 6
265 + 80 in chains x 5
310 + 80 in chains x 3
375 + 80 in chains x 3
460 + 80 in chains x 3
520 + 80 in chains x 3
565 + 80 in chains x 1
