Cardio, Abs, and Recovery

Cardio, Abs, and Recovery

Treadmill

18 minutes at 3.0 speed. HR strayed at 95. This was purely for recovery purposes.

Stretching

I hit the entire body in all the traditional stretches for about 10 seconds each.

Mobility

10 movements for 1 set of 10 each.

Abs

Leg raises for 3 sets of 20.

Soft Tissue Work

Foam roll and lacrosse ball on the legs, glutes,back,delts, and back.

DONE

Nothing but some easy quick extras here. The meet is 9 days out now.
