Lilly and Carroll ain't got the sack for this

I'd love to see them beat this

Bench, bar 5x20
Barbell ext, bar 3x20
OHP, bar 3x20
Bent over rows, 3x20

Keep in mind I did foam roll and complete a 5 minute warmup prior.

My body felt good on the bench. My right shoulder issue felt as good as it has in a while. I'm as ready for my meet as I'm going to be.
