Abs

Weighted Sit ups with a D.B

BW for 30
50lb for 12
90lb for 12 (I thought this was 60lbs LOL)

Ab machine

3 sets of 15

Mobility Set

10 movements of 10 reps each

5 minutes of stretching.

DONE

I have been enjoying the gym so much this cycle that I am kind of sad that next week is a deload week for the big 3.
