Cardio and Abs
Treadmill
20 minute walk at 3.6 speed followed by 2 minute cool down at 2.0.
AVG HR was 115.
Standing Cable Abs with Sumo stance
5 sets of 15
Leg Raises
1 set of 25
Ab Board
1 set of 25
I did the ab board directly after the leg raises without rest. My abs were cramping something fierce for about 10 hot seconds.
I finished up with some very light lower body stretching. I weighed 254 today.
