Seated 1 arm D.B Front raise starting in between my legs ending all the way over my head

35’s for 8
45’s for 8

Mini band pull aparts

DONE

More delt work without any presses today. I’m getting bored with the raises but its a necessity for my bench to move without injury. Delts felt strong today. Ill hit some lacrosse ball rolls on my delts before bed. The meet is 25 days away.
