Pull ups against a looped light band

4 sets of 8

We loop a light band around a 65LB dumbbell on the floor. At the top of the pull up the dumbbell is barely floating on the floor. I do these starting from a dead stop on the floor. I like to do this with any type of weighted pull up. It’s safer on the shoulders.

Chest Supported Row

3 sets of 8 with 65’s

Hammer Curls

In and out and then on to a bar. As you can tell if you read my log I’m no stranger to alcohol. I am a stranger to bars and clubs though. I’m not anti social but I would definately rather hang out with smaller crowds in a house or on a deck. Growing up in Baltimore I spent a lot of time in clubs and bars. So much time in fact that in my late 20’s I rarely if ever go to one. I am about to turn 30 in a few months so I decided to go out tonight. I had a great time but I will say that the best part of my night was stopping at McDonald on the way home. I dieted very hard Sunday through Friday this week and I was due for some craptastic food. I contemplated ordering extra mayo on my Mcchicken. I didn’t but the thought of it was exciting LOL.
