ELITEFTS roller on legs and hips
Rumble Roller on entire back
Lacrosse ball on feet
5 mobility movements for the lower body and back
1 set of 8 reps each
Abs
Ab machine for 3 sets of 15
Weighted sit ups 3 sets of 15 with 50lb dumbbell on chest
Leg Raises 3 sets of 15
Treadmill
15 minutes at 3.5 speed
DONE
Just the essentials. I’m taking it easy on the cardio. 3.5 speed only gets my HR to 115 but I’m a month out from a meet and I’m not looking to kill it here. Plus I don’t feel like.
