DONE
In and out with a good shoulder pump. The goal is to hit the shoulders fast and with short rest periods then get out. The goal here is to make my shoulders healthy and strong but with minimal wear and tear.
I just got back from a 4 day beach trip to the jersey shore. I went with my work. My self along with 4 other staff members escorted 20 developementally disabled adults on a beach trip. It was fun but exhausting. I ate then ate some more, and then ate a little bit mor eafter that. I was 252 on June 1st before I left for the beach for my own vacation. After getting back on the 17th for the work trip I was 259. Holy SHIT!!!!! I have some work to do by July 20th. I need to be 242 with a two hour weigh in. The next thirty days should be interesting. By interesting I mean awful LOL.
