Saturday - My ohp numbers are better than my squats

Warmup
Crunches 3x15
Seated band gm's 3x10
SSB squats 220/270/325x5, 165 5x10
Dbl conc curls 25 3x10

I'm doing nothing but deload numbers for squats until my meet. My hip is still a little tender. However, I did notice improvements when I kept my back tighter, looked down as opposed to up, got my feet out wider, and sat down a little more instead of trying to sit back so far.
