One Arm Barbell Row with elitefts Core Blaster
*Start with one 25 pound plate and worked up to 6 plates for 4 sets of 6-8 reps

Core Blaster Row with Core Blaster Handle - T Bar Row
* 1 warm up set
* 4 sets 10-12 reps
** These were not heavy - flex and stretched harder than normal

MAG Close Grip Pronate Pulldowns
* 4 sets 12 reps

Mid Shin Pin Pulls with Chains
* Worked up to 315 using 305 reps. While still using 3-5 reps added 2 chains per set until I reached 10 chain per side for 3 reps.
* The last set was with 315 and 10 chain per side for as many reps as I could do.

* 3 sets 15 reps
